"KLISHIN & PARTNERS" Attorneys at Law renders comprehensive legal assistance to legal entities and individuals in the Russian Federation and CIS countries, as well as to corporate and individual clients from abroad.

"KLISHIN & PARTNERS" Attorneys at Law was founded on the base of a private law firm of the same name operating since 1990. Under Resolution № 36 of the Moscow Government dated 19 January, 1993 "On the Establishment of the Third Bar in Moscow" the firm was awarded an official status of the Moscow Municipal Bar.

The expanding geography of activity conditioned closer contacts with clients based in Russia's regions and cities. For this purpose "KLISHIN & PARTNERS" formed a network of legal advice bureaus in some of the Russian Federation members. This entailed another change of its status. Under Resolution № 268 of the Moscow Government dated 15 April, 1997 the Bar was awarded its present official status of "inter-regional".

Under the Federal Law № 63-FZ “On Advocateship and Advocacy in the Russian Federation” adopted on 31 May 2002, "KLISHIN & PARTNERS" Attorneys at Law was reorganized to "KLISHIN & PARTNERS MOSCOW" Attorneys at Law.

Legal Entity Registration Certificate under the basic state registration number 1037703027670 was received by "KLISHIN & PARTNERS MOSCOW" Attorneys at Law on 6 June 2003.

The Bar currently employs highly qualified and experienced lawyers. Many of them have directly participated in the drafting of laws of the Russian Federation and statutory acts of the federal and regional state and government bodies. Professional background and research potential of the Bar's attorneys make it possible to pinpoint it as a leader of the Russian legal services market.

The Bar has a Panel of Experts which acts as an advisory body. Among its members are leading Russian lawyers, scientists and practicing law experts. The Panel's responsibility embraces the provision of recommendations and opinions, conduct of scientific seminars, discussing various issues of the effective Russian legislation, law enforcement practice and other legal issues.
