Klishin Alexei Alexandrovich (1957)
   Chairman of the Presidium of "KLISHIN & PARTNERS"

Graduate of the International Law Faculty, Moscow State Institute for Foreign Relations of the USSR Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Doctor of Law. In 1985-1989 worked as a researcher and senior researcher in the State and Law Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Participated in numerous scientific conferences and symposia. Author of several monographs and articles on property law, obligations and tax legislation in Russian and foreign publications. Studied law at Georgetown University in Washington, lectured at universities in Europe, US and Latin America. Participated in drafting of the laws on cooperation and property, as well as of the Fundamentals of the legislation on invention and tax code. For several years worked in the Maritime Arbitration Commission of the USSR Chamber for Commerce and Industry. Member of Panels of Experts of the RF Ministry of Interior, Bailiff Service of the RF Ministry of Justice, Economic Policy Committee of the RF State Duma. Laureate of Themis-99 Prize, Russian professional prize. In 2002 was listed in the Regional Register of Advocates of the Moscow Region, registration № 50/1303.

Volkov Valeri Dmitrievich (1951)
   Chairman of the Presidium of "KLISHIN & PARTNERS"

Graduate of the International Law Faculty, Moscow State Institute for Foreign Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For several years worked as a lawyer for foreign trade associations of the USSR, the Contract-Law Departments of the Ministry for Foreign Trade of the USSR and Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations of the USSR. Participated in drafting and preparation for signing of Soviet-British, Soviet-Italian and other trade and economic agreements. In 1986-1990 worked as a legal adviser to the USSR Trade Delegation in Italy where he actively cooperated with the International Institute for Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT). In 1990 embarked on private legal practice and joined "KLISHIN & PARTNERS". In 1992-1993 received professional training as a lawyer in Paris and Sydney. In 2002 was listed in the Regional Register of Advocates of the City of Moscow under Registration № 77/628.

Shugaev Andrei Alexeyevich (1950)
   Scientific Advisor of "KLISHIN & PARTNERS"

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Doctor of Law (1994), Professor (1995). In 1971 - 1978 worked in the Moscow Prosecutor's Office. This period included some years of work as a major investigator of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office. Investigated complex, multi-episode crimes related to theft of public property, crimes in public office, crimes against normal functioning of the government, crimes against life and health of persons. In 1978 - 1985 worked as an expert of the Legal Department of the Supreme Central Council of Trade Unions. While occupying this post he participated in the drafting of legislative and normative acts pertaining to the regulation of social and labor relationships. For the next ten years worked as a scientific researcher in the State and Law Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1995 worked as an expert of Legal Department of "Rosprom" Company (part of "Menatep" Group), later worked as a legal adviser of the Moscow Office of the International Bank for Reconstruction & Development (IBRD). While working with IBRD provided legal support in the allocation of a loan for the restructuring of Russian coal industry. Joined "KLISHIN & PARTNERS" in 1998. Author of more than 70 scientific papers, including 6 monographs on various aspects of Russian and comparative law. Honorary Advocate of Russia. In 2002 was listed in the Regional Register of Advocates of the City of Moscow, registration № 77/389.

Since 1998 worked as a senior investigator in the Economic Crimes Department of the Moscow and Moscow Region Department of the RF Federal Security Service.
